Where Is OB1 Cannabis Located?

OB1 Cannabis is located at 2167 McNutt Rd, Sunland Park, NM 88063. From most parts of El Paso, the drive takes 15–25 minutes depending on your starting point. The easiest route is via I-10 West — take the Sunland Park Drive exit and follow signs toward McNutt Rd. Free parking is available on-site.

We're open every day of the year from 7 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays. We open earlier than most dispensaries in the region specifically to serve morning commuters and early risers from El Paso.

What to Bring

The only thing you absolutely need is a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. Accepted forms include: U.S. driver's license or state-issued ID card, U.S. or foreign passport, U.S. military ID, and tribal ID card. Expired IDs will not be accepted. No medical card is required — New Mexico allows recreational cannabis sales to all adults 21+.

For payment, bring cash or a debit card. We have an ATM on-site. We do not accept credit cards due to federal banking restrictions on cannabis businesses.

What to Expect When You Arrive

When you arrive at OB1 Cannabis, you'll be greeted at the entrance and asked to show your ID. Once verified, you'll enter the dispensary floor where our budtenders are available to help you navigate the menu.

Don't feel pressured to know exactly what you want before you walk in. Our team is trained to ask the right questions — what effects are you looking for? Do you prefer to smoke, vape, or eat edibles? Are you a first-time user or an experienced consumer? — and guide you to the right products based on your answers.

Our staff is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If you prefer to be helped in Spanish, just let us know.

What Products Are Available?

OB1 Cannabis carries one of the most comprehensive menus in the Sunland Park area: flower with 40+ strains including house-grown OB1 varieties across indica, sativa, and hybrid categories; pre-rolls including singles, multi-packs, and infused options; vapes including cartridges and disposable vapes including Dime Industries; concentrates including wax, shatter, live resin, rosin, and distillate; edibles including gummies, chocolates, cookies, beverages, and more; CBD and wellness products; and accessories.

A significant portion of our flower and concentrate inventory is grown in-house at the OB1 Grow facility — meaning fresher product and better value than you'll find at retail-only dispensaries.

How Much Can You Buy?

Under New Mexico law, recreational customers may purchase up to 2 ounces (56 grams) of cannabis flower — or the equivalent in other product forms — per transaction. Concentrates, edibles, and vapes each have equivalency values that count toward this limit.

Can You Consume at the Dispensary?

No. Cannabis consumption is not permitted on our premises or in our parking lot. Please consume in private, legal settings. Never drive under the influence of cannabis.

If you're visiting from El Paso and plan to consume in New Mexico, make sure you have a private location arranged before your visit. Consuming cannabis and then crossing back into Texas is a violation of Texas law.

Can You Order Online or Get Delivery?
